Who we are

This site is operated by Harbor Lane, a trade name (DBA) of ISC Capital Partners LLC, a limited liability company formed in Florida, acting as an insurance agency.

What we do and don't do

  • We help you compare Marketplace health plans and enroll with the insurer you choose.
  • We are not an insurer. We don't issue policies, decide claims or set premiums.
  • We are not the Health Insurance Marketplace. The official site is HealthCare.gov.
  • Your policy is a contract between you and the insurer. Its terms govern over any summary you see on this site.

About the information on this site

Quotes are estimates based on what you tell us. Your final eligibility, premium and financial help are determined by the Marketplace and the insurer when they process your application. General coverage information is not legal, tax or medical advice.

Licensing

Every enrollment is made through an agent licensed in your state. See where we're live.

SMS Terms

  • Harbor Lane texts you about your enrollment and your policy only if you allowed it by ticking the box on the quoter's contact step.
  • Message frequency varies with your enrollment. Your carrier's message and data rates may apply.
  • To stop, reply STOP. For help, reply HELP or write to help@harborlaneins.com.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How we use your number is governed by our privacy policy.

Referral program (Giveback)

  • Harbor Lane clients with a policy in force can share their personal link from My account.
  • For each new person who gets a quote with that link and leaves their contact details, Harbor Lane donates US$5 to the Giveback cause chosen by the person who invited them. The donation does not depend on that person buying insurance.
  • The donation comes from Harbor Lane's commission. It is not a discount, credit, refund or payment to the person who invites or to the person invited, and it does not change the premium or the benefits of any policy.
  • Each person counts once. Inviting yourself, or someone who already has a policy with Harbor Lane, does not count.
  • Donations for invitations, together with the client's own Giveback, do not exceed US$100 per person per calendar year.
  • The program does not apply to Michigan residents.
  • Harbor Lane does not tell the person who invited who got a quote, and does not contact the invited person unless they authorize it themselves on the site.
  • Harbor Lane may change or end the program at any time. Donations already recorded are delivered with the annual Giveback.
