Harbor Lane is an insurance agency. We help people and families understand their health coverage options and enroll in the plan that suits them — in English or Spanish.
Why we exist
Choosing a health plan in the United States is harder than it should be. The information is written for people who already understand the system, prices can't be compared directly, and almost nothing is available in Spanish at the same quality as in English.
We built Harbor Lane so that process can be done in a few minutes, from a phone, with no calls and no fine print — and with a licensed agent behind it for when a person is needed.
How we make money
The insurer pays us a commission when you enroll in a plan. That commission is already in the premium, so the price you see with us is the same one you'd see going straight to the Marketplace. We charge no fees.
Our recommendations are ranked by what we estimate the full year will cost you. Commission is not part of that calculation.
The entity behind it
Harbor Lane is a trade name (DBA) of ISC Capital Partners LLC, a limited liability company formed in Florida. Its founder is Carl Henry, an insurance agent with an active producer licence.
What we're working on
Today we offer Marketplace health plans (ACA). Life, home, auto and pet are in our growth plan and will appear on the site when they're genuinely available — not before.
