Our commitment

We work to meet WCAG 2.1 level AAon this site. Health insurance you can't buy because of an access barrier isn't insurance that's available.

What we've done and verified

  • Text contrast measured, not estimated. Elements dimmed on purpose still clear the 4.5:1 minimum AA requires.
  • 44px tap targets on links and controls, including in the footer.
  • Full keyboard navigation, with hidden elements kept out of the tab order.
  • Reduced motion respected: if your system asks for it, animations don't run.
  • The whole site in English and Spanish, with the language declared for screen readers.
  • Translation reviewed and approved: the site's Spanish and English were fully reviewed in September 2026; each version is written in its own language, not a literal translation of the other.

What's missing

  • A formal audit by an independent third party.
  • Testing with screen reader users.

Reporting a barrier

If anything on this site stops you completing what you came to do, we want to know. Write to us at contact and tell us what happened, on which page, and with what device or assistive technology.

If you need help getting a quote or enrolling while we fix a barrier, an agent can do it with you directly.
